No. If you're interstate or time-poor, we can work from a short briefing and photo walkthrough. We'll send updates and photos throughout the job so you always know where things are up to.

Usable furniture, clothing and household items are donated to local charities. Recyclable materials (metal, timber, glass, paper, e-waste) are sorted and processed through recovery facilities. Only genuinely unsalvageable items go to landfill.

Yes. We treat personal documents, photos and anything of obvious sentimental value with care. Anything flagged by the family is set aside, not disposed of. Paperwork is securely destroyed on request.
